PiedilucoAnother nice destination near the Hotel is Piediluco, Terni’s lake. It’s a charming place with a small and nice village surrounded by wooded hills and mountains such as “Echo Mountain”. The lake is famous for the canoe racing “Memorial D’Aloja and the interesting “Festa delle Acque” that takes place in summer times with a procession of illuminated boats, fire-works and classical music.
We suggest you: To visit the high part of the village that is dominated by the Castle. You can reach it with an easy trek: you’ll enjoy a wonderful panorama on the lake. Following the road to Rieti, you’ll find the beautiful village a real jewel!
